Dear Cinch Storage,

As the owner of a results-based business, I really appreciate your approach in examining my various self-storage requirements.

When I moved out of my office after 9 years, I had accumulated rather a lot of ephemera and other accoutrements and I needed quickly to find a suitable home for these items. At first glance, the rates offered by a national storage company looked like a very attractive offer. However, when I actually arrived, heavily laden with all my boxes, they told me that their verbal quotation hadn’t included VAT or their compulsory weekly insurance charges or the padlock and everything else. In short, I had been rather misled by their sales person on the telephone.

By contrast, when we first met, you quoted a very competitive all-in price. You arranged the free collection of my goods and chattels from your competitor and, within the hour, Josh had moved all my belongings from their unit to your sparkling new HQ in Bicester. All I had to do was to wave a cheery farewell to my former landlord and enjoy a cup of coffee in your offices. You also supplied tissue paper, bubble wrap and a couple of boxes to help with further moves.

Your storage facility is new, clean and welcoming and the level of service that you have already provided for me has been excellent. I am paying exactly the price you quoted with no hidden extras and no nasty surprises and you will save me over £300 per year. I have already recommended your services to others and I will continue to do so.
