Ian Robinson, owner of Robinson’s Antiques, has found Cinch Storage Bicester to be a great help to him when he is in need of storage for his antiques. Read all about how we’ve helped below.
Ian began his career in antiques aged just fourteen. After developing a strong interest in collecting, he opted to do his work experience in an auction house.
After his work experience, the auction house owners saw Ian’s potential and he was offered a job. Ian worked at the auction house for many years, before deciding to start up his own business. This is how Robinson’s Antiques began.
As with many retail businesses, Ian often found himself with excess stock. And this is where he enlisted our help.
With Robinson’s Antiques located on Wedgewood Road, Cinch Storage Bicester was able to provide the perfect place for his storage.
Ideal location
Robinson’s Antiques is located on Wedgewood Road, just around the corner from Cinch Storage Bicester. The convenience of the Cinch Storage Bicester’s location can not be beaten and Ian is very happy with the ease and convenience the location brings.
“My shop is on Wedgewood Road which is just across the road from Cinch Storage Bicester. It’s very convenient that they are just around the corner.”
The personal touch
We take a lot of pride in our customer service being top notch and creating a warm, welcoming environment for our customers.
Ian has found that the personal touch that Cinch Storage Bicester makes us stand out from the self storage companies.
“For me, it’s the personal touch. Being able to speak to an actual person when I need to arrange storage, rather than doing it all online which a lot of other storage companies do now. It’s nice to be able to pop in and have a chat with them when I need to. I wouldn’t use anyone else, to be honest.”
Convenient access
Having a container outside at Cinch Storage Bicester allows Ian to have 24 hour access to his stock. This allows him to access his stock whenever he needs to, whilst still feeling like his antiques are safe and secure.
“The ease of access is important. Being able to access my items when I need to and having 24 hour access and still feeling safe and secure is great.”
