The flexibility means that if your art collection significantly grows and you need a bigger unit, the Newbury team will work to make this happen, as quickly as possible. 

The flexibility also works for you if you decide that you no longer need your unit. You are free to leave before your contract ends. We just need 14 days notice and you will be refunded for any days that you don’t use.
