In the warmer months, going on a camping trip is a lot of fun. Less so when it’s freezing outside. Store your camping gear in our storage units in Hove this winter. 

Picture the scene – you have set up your tent and a warm summer’s day has turned into a crisp summer night, so you’ve lit a fire to keep the slight chill at bay. You are having a cup of tea or maybe a nice fruity cider. You listen to the last of the evening bird song as the sun begins to set. 

Now imagine all that but it has taken you hours to get the tent up because the ground is frozen. It is blowing a gale and winter rain is pouring down so everyone is huddled into the tent.

Camping in spring and summer is a lot of fun and it feels magical to be outside in nature. It is a cost-effective way to have a holiday, it not only gets you outdoors in nature but also helps you to switch off from the modern world.  

Camping in winter is the opposite of fun and, although it will still be cost-effective, we are not sure you will ever hear the end of it if you drag your family camping in mid-November. 

If you love camping but are, sensibly, not wanting to face doing it in the coming winter months and are in need of somewhere to store all your gear, our storage unit in Hove will be the perfect place.

Our storage units in Hove start at 15 sq ft, around the size of an old-school telephone box, and go all the way up to 150+ sq ft. With each of our stores, we make sure to have a variety of storage units on offer as this allows us to cater to many different customers with a variety of needs.

Flexible rental contracts

With our storage units in Hove, we only offer (and will only ever offer!) flexible rental contracts.

But what does this mean?

When you first decide to rent a unit with us, one of the Hove team will ask you for a start date and an end date. Our flexible rental contracts mean that if you realise that your unit isn’t quite right for you, all you need to do is chat with one of the team and they will find you a unit that is a better fit as soon as possible. 

 You can also extend your stay if you need to. Again, just speak with one of the team will help make this happen too. 

If you cannot stop your desire to go camping even whilst it is -4 outside and decide you don’t need your unit anymore, you are free to leave. If your rental period hasn’t ended, we just need 14 days’ notice and you will be refunded for any unused days. 

Extended opening hours 

If you do manage to wait until spring begins to arrive but you want to get out on your camping adventure as soon as possible, our storage units in Hove will work perfectly for you as they have extended opening hours which allow you access to your unit outside of office hours. 

Our extended opening hours for our Hove store are 6am to 11pm, Monday through Sunday.  

Our storage units in Hove are here to make your life easier and give you space in your home, whilst still allowing you to do all the things you love, including camping. Just not in winter, right?
